Since I started working out last summer, I have learned a lot about nutrition and started to eat even more consciously. I have also started to eat more foods rich in protein, and of course bought a protein powder. Since I don't like the taste of it in smoothies anymore, I have decided to use it somewhere else. That's how I came up with this simple waffles recipe. You don't have to use much flour because of the coconut and it has a nice light taste, not to mention that the eggs and milk are full of protein as well!
1. Mix all the ingredients together
2. Place on a pan or waffle-maker
3. Enjoy with various toppings and tea
