It is finally Saturday ... and it sucks. The weather outside is horrible and makes you want to stay inside all day long. I have already spilled my coffee over my pyjamas, so that's that for wearing them as long as possible.
Today I have made some snapshots in hope to get back into the "photography enthusiasm period" .. and it worked! It is finally spring in here and there are now plenty of things that deserve to be photographed. I am also thinking of buying some macro lens (macro photography has always been my favourite), which is quite funny, because a few weeks ago I have put an add on selling my camera. Silly me!
I've always wanted to make a post like this, unfortunately never had the nerves to. But today I was home alone and it was the perfect time to finally get the things out of my bag.
I don't carry a lot of things, but my bag is still pretty heavy. I need to have two purses, because I have a lot of change with me, although I own a bus card.
Since last year I have been looking for the perfect hand-cream (still unsuccesfull at this), so I change them a lot. I have discovered a new one in Marks & Spencer, which smells beautifully of wild berries and was quite cheap.
I have also founda pretty little lip balm in H&M in the cutest packing (quite hard to open though). I decided not to buy a vanilla one (everything I have smells of vanilla) and went for a ginger and lime one. It was a pretty good choice.
There are some other things, such as a new notebook my boyfriend bought me (I have already scribbled all over it), a pen case that had seen better times, my gorgoeus lipstick and my iPod Touch. The latest is the best one can wish for if he is bored at work and can't really use the computer to keep himself entertained.
As can be seen, I am a big cat fan. In fact, I have a black devil of my own!
Her name is Bagheera, but everybody keeps calling her Baggie. She is the cutest and I don't know what I would have done without her. It is true that cats can calm a person down, and mine helped me going through a lot of stress. I love her :)
So that is probably everything that can be found in my bag, except paper sraps and various pills (Ginko Biloba to keep my brain fit!)
It is time to sum-up previous week in some words. Or lets say, one word. Blog. I have been thinking about making a new blog for a while now (more frequently since I have discovered some new treasures on the internet) and Friday night seemed like to be the right time to start one.
I would like to pay respect to my sister Bea, who had the patience to stay with me from Friday night till Saturday morning and gave me precious advice on how to design a blog to make it look .. not horrible :D.
I am still thinking about how to blog: will I post a mixture of everything that catches my eye, or will I make designed, planned posts every day? It is worth to give a try for the planned ones, although I think my laziness and lack of blogging experience will make it quite hard for me.
Anyway, here are some things that deserve mentioning:
There are many blogs that have caught my eye this week, and Scathingly Brilliant was one of them. The outfits are definitely closest to my taste and are very inspirational.
Little Chief Honeybee is another fine blog were there is plenty of inspirational material, not only for clothes.
Give Me Bows represents the simple classics, her outfits are the most romantic and I am completely in love with all of them!
